The main objective is to guarantee, and continuously increase, high levels of architectural quality. We manage the complexity of the skills required and the variety of the interdisciplinary collaborations by reorganizing the production process of the architectural project. This reflects the participative spirit of those who share this ambitious plan. The group of people that compose the team are stimulated to improve their specific talents, but their main goal is to improve the interpersonal dialogue among the different working groups and to improve the dialogue between WORK ARCHITECTS its partners, creating a synergy of competences and capabilities.
